How
it Works
In contrast to talk therapy, yoga therapy works from a physical
standpoint and integrates with talk therapy. You don't need any
experience with yoga to be able to participate in yoga therapy. We will
do yoga poses and then dialogue what is going on for you physically and
emotionally.

Fees
Private
yoga instruction and Yoga Therapy is $125/hour. Payment is due at the
time of services unless you choose to pay with paypal. All paypal
payments must be made prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations
without 24 hour notice will be charged the full fee.
Location
All sessions are held at a yoga studio in Cooper City, The Yoga Institute
of Broward
(West Broward) or at my office in Hollywood.
