This group works from the base that mothers are people too and have needs that go beyond their children. It's a safe and nurturing place to share the issues and challenges that women encounter in their lives, about motherhood, work, relationships. It's a place to be real about motherhood.

Many women who have participated in similar groups have increased their understanding of themselves, improved their ability to cope with problems, and improved the quality of their lives. Lasting bonds can develop that continue beyond the limits of the group.
