New Patients
If it is your first session, please allow a little extra time to complete paperwork at the office. Fifteen minutes or so is usually fine.

Directions
We're very easy to find and get to. We're right behind the Whole Foods on University and 595. Take 595 and exit University. Go North on University. Make a Left (West) on Peters Rd. Pass the Whole Foods and Subway and then make your next Left. Make a Right into the business complex and go straight. The office is on the Left, suite D-106.

For Yoga Therapy, we schedule time at the Yoga Institute of Broward in Cooper City.
